The following is a list of known errors and their solutions

Error: An assignment already exists with this name xxx and due date yyy for one or more classes

Solutions:

• Recommended Solution: In PowerTeacher Pro, delete the duplicated assignment and resync.
• Rename assignment and sync - the first 50 characters must be unique between each assignment

Error: A category is required. To sync, first assign a category to this assignment, then sync again

Solutions:

• Set a category for the assignment in Schoology that is connected to a PowerSchool Category, see below.
• In configuration, set the Schoology Course Category to a PowerSchool Category (note: weighted courses must pay attention to what category is chosen and make the appropriate weights in PowerTeacher Pro)
