Schoology - Google Drive Resource App Integration

Quick guide on how to setup/fix the Google Drive Resource App in Schoology.

 

In order to integrate Google Drive into Schoology:

  1. Login to Schoology and Select the Resources Menu option
  2. On the left hand side, Click Apps
  3. Under My Resource Apps, click Install Apps
  4. Click Agree to consent message
  5. Check the box for "Google Drive Resource App" and click install
  6. Google Drive is now connected to Schoology
  7. Now you need to add files from Google Drive to Schoology
  8. Click "Add Resources" then click "Add files form Google Drive" in the drop down menu
  9. A Google Drive window opens, you can filter by name or recent activity but I recommend just searching the files name in the search box
  10. Choose your file and click select
  11. You're done, the file is now available in Schoology
