Bulk Attendance Change

From the start page of PowerSchool

  1. Select your group.
    1. If you are working with an activity group such as basketball or football and students have the activity selected for them you can do these steps to select:
      1. Clear all
      2. Select View Field List
      3. Find correct activity and select
      4. Then add =1
      5. Search
    2. If you are working with a class (such as a field trip):
      1. Clear all
      2. Go to teacher schedules
      3. Select the teacher
      4. Click on the enrollment for the specific class
      5. Click on make current student selection or if doing multiple classes, add to current student selection.
  2. Update attendance for the group by:
    1. Going to system reports
    2. Select attendance count.
    3. Change selection from all students to selected # only.
    4. Pick code to apply with correct dates and periods
    5. Submit.
