Create Document Delivery
For use when a document comes from outside of PowerSchool or the Document Delivery feature isn't working as expected.
To individually send out a document there must be a unique number associated with to a student. Note: In column 1, if the number on the document is the State ID number the field name should instead be "State_StudentNumber" with no quotation marks. If a different unique number the ID numbers in StudentID MUST match exactly the numbers on the document.
Go to https://lposd.powerschool.com/admin/studentlist/studentlist1.html and use the following for each, the title doesn't really matter but the column titles do.

Download as a CSV.
Open the CSV and delete any lines where there is information missing. Specifically a Student ID or more likely an email.
In Document Delivery, go to Document Delivery Tab and click "Create New Job".
Select Email
If applicable:
Select School
Select Template Type
Select Template
Select Document Link title
Upload PDF
Upload CSV we made above
If Storing Document, select Document Storage Options and fill in information
Under Advanced Options, if you are sending items like ISATs where all pages are in one document, make sure "Split PDF by Person Id" is selected. If you are sending the whole file to everyone, select "Send entire document".
If you are using State ID or it has failed previously deselect the "Optimized student id" option, and select "Ignore results for students whose IDs are not in the document.
Click "Create and send"
