Adding a Signature to Email in Google Mail
On a Computer
- Open Gmail in your web browser.
- Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.
- Click See all settings.
- Stay on the General tab and scroll down near the bottom to the Signature section.
- Click Create new and type a name for your signature (like "Work" or "Personal").
- Type or paste your signature text into the box. You can use the built-in toolbar to change fonts, make text bold, add links, or insert images.
- Under Signature defaults, choose if you want your signature to show up automatically for new emails or replies/forwards.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Save changes.
