Contacting the Help Desk
A Reminder on how to get in touch with the Technology Department. You can contact us 3 ways:
- On the Web: http://helpdesk.lposd.org - Create a Helpdesk Ticket and follow its status.
- Email helpdesk@lposd.org with a detailed description, your school and room number and phone extension.
- Dial 1001, the Help Desk line is open 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
Make sure that your school, room number, and extension are included with every ticket for faster service. This is our busiest time of year so please be patient, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
