How to Create an Ecommerce Amazon Order

1. Make sure that there are no instances of Amazon open. 

2. When you start a purchase order, on the Purchase Order Details screen, select "shop online" (image below). After you've filled out the rest of the page and click Save & Add Detail, Skyward will take you out to the Amazon website. 

3. Fill your cart and proceed to the checkout as usual. On the checkout screen, make sure that the group is "Skyward Punchout"

4. After checking out, you will be routed back to Skyward, and your PO should now be populated with all of the items that were in your cart. 

5. At the top of the page, there should be a drop down to add the account number for your purchase. This account number will apply to all of the items, unless you need to add more accounts. 

6. After saving and submitting, it will route through the normal approval process.
