Fixing Locked Focus persisting after locked focus ends

Prevention:

Students should have chromebooks open and on when the locked focus is disabled either at the end of class or when the teacher ends the locked focus.

Cure:

The student will need the chromebook open and logged in.

Teachers will need to:

1. Start the class in Classwize
2. Turn on a locked focus for the student, the nature of the locked focus doesn't matter
3. Wait for the locked focus to activate on the student chromebook
4. Disable the locked focus
