Skyward - Find and Print your W2

How to view or print your W2 in Skyward

1) Go to Skyward Employee Access Home Page. Click on PRINTED W2 W2/W2-C FORMS

2) Click on the upside down triangle.  

3) Choose “Print-Masked SSN” if you do not wish your social security number to print on your W2 or

Choose “Print-Full SSN” if you want your social security number to print on your W2

4) For security, you will be prompted to enter your full social security number. *You will have to enter your social security number for either option you choose. Then Click NEXT.

5) Click PRINT W2 PDF

6) Then you can view, download or print your W2.
